We place attorneys of all levels from junior associates to major practice groups, and work with top management at law firms and corporations on strategic planning. 

We are a boutique search firm and we like it that way; we do not face those inevitable business conflicts inherent in many larger search firms. At any given time we focus on filling the needs of just a handful of clients. This approach enables us to recruit from an enormous pool of candidates.
